On April 19, 2023 at 10:00, REC “Green Academy”, together with the MSHE and the AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeev, holds a consultative seminar in a hybrid format on the topic “DECARBONIZATION SCENARIOS FOR THE EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN”.

The purpose of the event is a discussion of the directions of decarbonization of the industry for the preparation of the Implementation Plan of the Strategy for achieving carbon neutrality of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2060 as well as the development of proposals for the implementation of the Strategy.

The seminar is attended by  representatives of government agencies, National Academy of Science RK, industrial enterprises, research institutes and universities, international and national experts, NGOs.
