Tokayev, on February 2, 2023, the Strategy for Achieving Carbon Neutrality of the Republic of Kazakhstan by 2060 (hereinafter referred to as the Strategy) was approved, aiming to attain the UN Sustainable Development Goals and implement the Paris Agreement.
