On 22-th October 2021 at 3.p.m. the «QAZGEOLOGY» National State Company together with Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek  Daukeev (AUPET) and the Scientific and Educational Center “Green Academy” will held the presentation of the firstin CIS region monograph on the theme «DECARBONIZATION OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN».

The monograph investigates the problems of the global energy transition and the achievement of carbon neutrality of economies, analyzes the state, assessment of the potential and ways of decarbonization of the extractive industries of the national economy, and also substantiates the prospects for the introduction of low-carbon technologies in the extractive industries of the Kazakhstan till 2060.
